Handmade With Intention
Every Artista Threads bag is created through a thoughtful and carefully detailed process. Our embroidered totes begin with design finalisation, followed by embroidery sampling, patch creation, stitching, and labelling, with every step completed with precision and care. Our painted totes are stitched first and then individually hand painted, making each piece completely unique in its own way.
Our duffer bags are designed for trend conscious girls who want everyday style with comfort and practicality, while our hobo bags are made for effortless daily carrying with a relaxed yet fashionable look. Our Story
From a Creative Idea to Karachi’s Favourite Handmade Bag Brand
Artista Threads began with a simple idea that an everyday bag should feel personal, meaningful, and expressive rather than ordinary. Founded by Laiba, a Karachi based artist and designer, the brand was created from a passion for handcrafted fashion, creativity, and individuality.
What started as a small passion project gradually evolved into a growing handmade accessories brand that has delivered over 3,000 bags across Pakistan. From showcasing collections at events like Mashion Bazar, Commons and Karachi Women Festival to fulfilling online orders nationwide, Artista Threads continues to connect with girls who value creativity, authenticity, and personal style.
At the heart of the brand is craftsmanship. Every bag is still carefully handmade, every painted tote is individually hand painted by Ayesha herself, and every embroidered design goes through a detailed stitching and finishing process with close attention to quality and detail. That commitment to handmade artistry is what makes Artista Threads different.

Co Founder, Design & Marketing
Laiba is a BBA student at Institute of Business Management with a strong eye for aesthetics and a passion for building meaningful creative brands. She leads the creative direction and marketing at Artista Threads, shaping everything from the brand’s visual identity and product designs to its growing online presence and customer community.
Driven by creativity and self expression, Laiba believes that every bag should feel personal and unique. Through Artista Threads, she aims to create accessories that allow girls to carry a reflection of their personality, style, and individuality in their everyday lives.
AYESHA
Co Founder, Production & Operations
Ayesha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Textiles and leads the production and operations side of Artista Threads. She oversees every stage of the creative process, from hand painting and embroidery to material sourcing, stitching coordination, and quality control. Her attention to detail and strong understanding of textiles ensure that every piece reflects the craftsmanship and quality the brand is known for.
With her expertise in fabric, design, and production techniques, Ayesha plays a key role in giving each Artista Threads bag its refined handmade finish and premium feel. Her work brings together creativity, precision, and functionality to create accessories that are both artistic and durable.
